You can kill him fast enough with (I don't list the combos with 3 or more heroes):
1) Hero: Morphling
Level: 8
Items: 4 Wraith Bands
Skills: 4 lvl Waveform, 1 lvl Adapt, 3 lvl Stats.
Time to kill: 2.5 minutes
How to kill: Adapt all your STR into AGI, go to Roshan, use Waveform to go through Roshan to the stop between the trees located north-west from the golem. Attack Roshan from there while he only can Boulder you.
2) Hero combo: Sven + almost any ally
Level: 11
Items: Power Threads, 4 Bracers
Skills: 4 lvl Storm Bolt, 4 lvl Toughness aura, 2 lvl God's Strength, 1 lvl Stats.
Time to kill: about 1 minute
How to kill: Use God's Strength while your ally tanks to take down the Rosh.
3) Hero: Ursa
Level: 8
Items: Power Threads, 3 Bracers
Skills: 4 lvl Fury Swipes, 3 lvl Overpower, 1 lvl Enrage
Time to kill: about 20 seconds
How to kill: Use Overpower, when cooldown is almost over, attack Roshan and use Enrage right after he Boulders you. Then use Overpower again by cooldown.
4) Hero combo: Rhasta + almost any ally
Level: 11
Items: Some bracers/ Boosters, doesnt matter really.
Skills: 1 lvl Voodoo, 4 lvl Shackles, 2 lvl Serpent Wards
Time to kill: 30 sec - 1 min depending on the ally
How to Kill: Use Voodoo to trigger Spell Shield. You ally starts tanking. Use Serpent wards, then Shackle Rosh by cooldown.
5) Hero: Beatsmaster
Level: 11
Items: Helm of Dominator, 3 Bracers, Power Threads
Skills: 4 lvl Summons, 4 lvl his passive, 2 lvl Ult (unrealistic build, so go for Rosh as soon as you got 4 lvl passive)
Time to kill: 1.5 minutes
How to Kill: summon the Pig and attack Rosh with your hero while Pig slows him down. Down forget to use the Ulti.
6) Hero Combo: Slardar + any Damager
Level: 11
Items: Power Threads, 3 Bracers
Skills: 4 lvl Slitheren Crush, 4 lvl Bash, 2 lvl Amplify Damage.
Time to Kill: 1 minute
How to kill: Use Amplify Damage or other skill to trigger Spell Shield, wait and use it again to give negative armor. Kill Roshan with your damager while Slardar tanks. Don't forget to use Slitheren Crush and cast next Amplify Damage when previous is over.
7) Hero: Venomancer
Level: 7
Items: 4 Circlets of Nobility
Skills: 4 lvl Plague Ward, 1 lvl Passive poison (other skills don't matter)
Time to kill: 2 minutes
How to Kill: Plant 4 wards near the Golem but they should not attack yet. Attack Rosh with your hero, go behind wards and plant them by cooldown in such a way that they block his path. Attack with your hero to slow the movement of Rosh.
Hero combo: Death Prophet + any ally.
Level: 11
Items: Vanguard, some bracers
Skills: 4 lvl Carrion Swarm, 4 lvl Witchcraft, 2 lvl Exorcism
Time to kill: 30 seconds
How to kill: Use Exorcism and make sur that all Spirits attack Roshan from close distance. You need an ally since Death Prophet can do only 7000 damage during her ulty.
9) Hero: Lycanthrope
Level: 11
Items: Helm of Dominator, Power Threads, 3 Bracers
Time to kill: 1 minute
How to kill: use Shapeshift, summon Wolves and kill him! I even had more than 1000 hp remaining after killing Rosh.
10) Hero Combo: Obsidian Destroyer + any tank ally
Level: 11
Items: 3 null Talismans, Point Booster, Energy Bosoter, PT
Time to kill: 1 minute
How to kill: Turn on autocast of Arcane Orb and kill Rosh while your ally tanks.
