I have no idea what you're talking about. All I'm saying is that unless you're a stick figure, aerobics might not do much for you. Don't waste your time. I'm talking to do the girls who are asking about how to get a thinner waist. Only secret is that you lose the fat that's adding on the inches around your waist. Simple as that. How to do that is your choice, either through dieting and cardio or cardio alone. Not aerobics alone.
